Join expert-led conversations on money, mental resilience, fatherhood and physical health, followed by a Frankie Fenner feast and Springbok rugby at Blue Bay Lodge. “You’ve got this.” You say it to your partner, your kids and your colleagues. But between earning a living, showing up for others and keeping yourself together, when did you last stop to ask how you’re actually doing?
On Saturday 21 November, Men’s Health Day 2026 at Blue Bay Lodge in Saldanha offers space for that conversation. Hosted by chef Kyle John Dods, the event brings together five speakers to explore the pressures men carry and the idea that your value extends beyond what you provide or achieve. And yes, there’s a proper braai afterwards.
Honest Conversations About Being a Man
The day starts at 11:30 with welcome drinks, followed by two 45-minute panel discussions. Expect frank conversations and practical perspectives on subjects that don’t always make it into the group chat. An optional health screening will also be available on the day.

Five Braai Stations and the Boks
After the panels, the conversation continues over a Frankie Fenner feast, with five braai stations curated by chefs Kyle John Dods, Scott Parker and Frankie Fenner owner Andrew Nel.
There’s beer on arrival, a full bar and time to settle in with good company before South Africa takes on Ireland at 18:40, with the match shown on big screens. Every guest will also receive a Men’s Health pack, including the new November/December issue.
