Curry Snack Mix

What you’ll need
1 cup roasted, salted cashews
1 cup pretzels
1 cup cheese crackers
1 cup Japanese rice crackers
1 cup corn chips, broken into bite-sized pieces
1 to 2 tbsp curry powder
Maldon salt
Zest from 1 lime

How to make it
In a big bowl, combine the cashews, pretzels, both types of crackers and corn chips. Toss
it all together as you sprinkle on the curry powder, tasting after the first tablespoon to see if you need more. Season with salt to taste.

Spread the mix on a baking sheet and warm in a 180°C oven until toasty, about 5 minutes. Then transfer the mix to a serving bowl and top it with the lime zest.
