Former Men’s Health Cover Guy Dr. Fez Mkhize Wins Mister Supranational 2024

Dr. Fezile Mkhize, a South African doctor and popular TV host, has made headlines by winning the prestigious Mister Supranational 2024 title. This victory is significant as he became the first South African and the first Black man to win this global competition.

The finale, held in Nowy Sącz, Poland, on Thursday night, saw Dr. Mkhize standing out among 35 contestants from around the world. In 2019, he was the 1st runner-up in the Mister World competition in the Philippines.

Mkhize received his crown from the 2023 Mister Supranational, Iván Álvarez Guedes of Spain.
