To keep things simple, just alternate between workout A and workout B, which you can download below. This allows a day of rest after each session. For exercise 1 in each workout, aim for two to three sets of 10 reps, with a 60-second rest between sets. Following this, pair exercises 2a and 2b, completing 12 reps of each, resting for 60 seconds, and repeating for three sets. Apply the same approach to exercises 3a and 3b, alternating between them with identical sets, reps, and rest periods.
