The Corona Sunsets Festival is returning to Cape Town this month with a line-up that blends global dance music with some of South Africa’s most celebrated artists.
Set against the coastline of Clifton Beach, the festival will take over The Glen Country Club on Saturday, 21 March 2026. Running from midday until late evening, the event promises a full day of music, art and outdoor experiences timed around the city’s famous sunsets.

Leading the line-up is Grammy-winning German DJ and producer Purple Disco Machine, known for international hits such as Hypnotized and Fireworks. The producer has become one of the most recognisable names in modern disco and house music and is ranked among Beatport’s Top 100 artists of all time.
Joining him on the bill is a strong roster of South African talent. Artists set to perform include Zakes Bantwini, Sun-El Musician, Msaki, DJ Kent, Liquideep, Mila-Rose, Blakongo, Roz b2b Housewife and Meek.
One of the most anticipated performances of the day will come from the Ndlovu Youth Choir, who are scheduled to deliver a once-off sunset set that organisers say will be one of the most memorable moments of the festival.
More Than Just Music
While the music line-up is a major drawcard, the Corona Sunsets Festival has built its reputation around creating a full-day lifestyle experience.

The festival’s “More Than Music” concept encourages attendees to slow down and connect with the setting. Guests can expect immersive art installations, live creative performances, locally inspired food offerings and interactive elements such as drum circles. The day will also feature the festival’s signature sunset ritual, designed to bring the crowd together as the sun sets over the Atlantic.
A Celebration of Music, Nature and Connection
According to organisers, the concept behind the event is simple. It is about creating a space where people can step away from the pace of everyday life and enjoy music outdoors with friends. With its mix of international talent, local favourites and a setting that is hard to beat, the Corona Sunsets Festival is shaping up to be one of Cape Town’s standout music events this autumn.
