The Rules Are Simple:

1. The one who makes the most gains wins.
2. Anyone can participate in this challenge if they are over 18 years old.
3. We will provide you with eating and training plans, as well as weekly motivation and special offers to fuel your journey.
4. Our panel of experts will judge on the best visual transformation taking into account the quality of muscle built and the most significant muscle gains.
5. All you need to do is enter the challenge, buy any two USN Hardcore products, and submit your progress photos. 
6. Registrations open on the 22nd of May 2023, and the challenge starts on the 12th of June 2023.
