Seared Sirloin

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Sirloin fillets
  • 150 g Salted butter
  • 1 Spring Fresh Rosemary
  • 1 Tsp Salt and pepper
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Method
 

  1. Rub steak fillets with Worcestershire sauce then season with salt and pepper. Preheat the pan and heat oil on high heat. Sear the steaks starting with the fat side. Add butter and rosemary then cook each side for 3-4 minutes. Allow the fillets to rest for 2 minutes before serving.
