Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
  

  • 5 medium potatoes peeled and cubed
  • 500 ml Water hot
  • Salt as needed
  • 40 g Salted butter

Method
 

  1. Boil potatoes in salted water until soft, then drain any excess water. Mash the potatoes, add butter, and continue mashing until the butter has melted and the potatoes are smooth and fluffy.
