Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup fresh fruit berries, orange slices, kiwi, or citrus
  • 1 cup soda or sparkling water
  • Ice
  • Mint or basil for garnish

Method
 

  1. Lightly crush the fruit to release the juices.
  2. Fill a glass with ice.
  3. Add the crushed fruit and pour over the sparkling water.
  4. Stir gently and garnish with mint or basil.
