Ingredients
  

  • 40 ml Glenmorangie A Tale Of Tokyo
  • 25 ml Yuzu Sake
  • 10 ml Mirin Syrup
  • Callous
  • 20 ml Butterfly Pea Tea

Method
 

  1. Combine Glenmorangie A Tale Of Tokyo, Yuzu Sake, Mirin Syrup, and Callous in a shaker.
  2. Shake well and strain into a glass.
  3. Top with Butterfly Pea Tea.
  4. Garnish as desired.
