- Add the pancake mix, protein powder, milk, and egg to a shaker bottle. Shake until well combined.
- In a large non-stick pan over medium-low heat, melt 1/2 Tbsp butter. Pour in about 1/4 of the batter from the shaker bottle. Cook until bubbles appear on the surface of the batter, 3 to 4 minutes. Flip and cook until the underside of the pancake is golden brown, 1 to 2 minutes more. Transfer to a plate. Repeat with the remaining batter.
