Ingredients
  

  • 40 ml Manifest
  • 25 ml fresh Lemon Juice
  • 25 ml Egg White
  • 15-20 ml Vanilla Syrup
  • Garnish: Orange Zest

Method
 

  1. Add Manifest, lemon juice, egg white, and vanilla syrup to a shaker.
  2. Dry shake (without ice) for about 10 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
  3. Add ice and shake again until well chilled.
  4. Strain into a chilled coupe or rock glass.
  5. Garnish with an orange zest twist.
