AMBER OLD FASHIONED

Ingredients
  

  • 50 ml Inveroche Amber Gin
  • 5 ml Caramel Syrup
  • 3 dash Ginger bitters

Method
 

Caramel Syrup Recipe
  1. Melt butter in a heavy saucepan over medium heat; add sugar and lemon juice, and cook,
  2. stirring constantly, for 5 to 6 minutes or until the mixture turns caramel. Serve immediately, or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. To Reheat: Microwave in a microwave-safe bowl at HIGH for 10 to 15 seconds or just until warm; stir until smooth.
Method
  1. Add all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice and stir for 1 minute allowing the ice to dilute slightly. Strain into a glass filled with ice. Garnish with Orange Zest.
